Is there any better way to celebrate New Year’s Eve than with a candlelit wedding at Bevolo in New Orleans?! I think not. Tara and Matt met on New Year’s Eve, got engaged on New Year’s Eve, and obviously had to get married on New Year’s Eve!
We started with a first look down at the riverfront. All their family met them there for family pictures, so they could go straight from the ceremony to second line to reception!
Tara and two of her bridesmaids got matching fleur-de-lis tattoos to commemorate the day – doesn’t get more New Orleans than that!
We had a gorgeous sunset – it was time for the ceremony to begin.
I’m totally obsessed with Bevolo, it felt like being in a movie.
After dinner so many sweet friends gave toasts – always one of my favorite parts of the day!
It’s not a party without a second line!
