This elopement at Oak Alley Plantation outside of New Orleans was absolutely beautiful! The planning for elopements is so different than with weddings, so I only knew Natalie through email before we met on her wedding day. Oak Alley Plantation is a beautiful house just outside of the city, and I knew the ceremony among the trees in front of the house was going to be incredibly photogenic. There are many different homes in Vacherie that host weddings, and this is one of my absolute favorites.
I got there a bit early and was able to snag some pictures of Natalie and her squad arriving!

While it was the middle of the day, the trees provided some sun cover and the light was absolutely glowing and beautiful.

I loved that Rick + Natalie’s kids were their wedding party.

After we snuck a few minutes of wedding portraits in, they had a reception with a delicious meal hosted by Oak Alley – so easy since everything was at one location.
