Ali + Justin chose two places in their neighborhood to celebrate their wedding – the New Orleans Tree of Life, followed by brunch at Cavan! We started the day at their new home where Ali got ready with her mother, Justin’s mother, and her best friend.
The beautiful invitations (featuring the Tree of Life!) were by Scriptura.
The gorgeous bouquet and all the flowers were by the lovely Margaret at Leaf + Petal.
Ali’s stunning dress was from Bliss Bridal.
Angela U did Ali’s make-up, and Mary Pepitone from Paris Parker did her gorgeous hair.
Ali’s dad stopped by and joined the girls for a bit.
After Ali was ready, we just popped around the corner to Audubon Park for their Tree of Life ceremony.
Harry Hardin was there performing beautiful music for the ceremony (and later, at the reception too!).
These moms had so many sweet moments!
Ali’s father walked her down the aisle to the tree and to Justin.
They’re married!
After the ceremony, champagne was poured for everyone for a toast under the tree.
Ali and Justin’s friends surprised them with a getaway Jeep festooned with balloons!
A kind passerby ran up to give Ali a four leaf clover they found right by the Tree of Life – such a sweet token from the day.
Cavan was the perfect backdrop for the brunch party after the ceremony – and there were so many beautiful backdrops for a few more portraits.
Ali and Justin enjoyed their first dance on the porch.
After the first dance, we headed upstairs for a few more portraits – Cavan is such a stunning space and we had to take advantage of it!
I love this room so much!
