Audubon Park Elopement in New Orleans

When Hillary and I first chatted about a possible elopement in New Orleans, Audubon Park was one of several location ideas we tossed around! I’m so glad they landed on the Tree of Life.

Hillary and Anton had originally planned a big wedding, but like so many couples this year, had to switch up the original plan. Traveling in from Austin, New Orleans was the perfect not-too-far but oh-so-magical place for these two to make it official.

Ranna McSwain from Let’s Elope New Orleans officiated their ceremony so warmly and wonderfully – she sent the tone for the day!

During their vows, Hillary said “Your love has taught me what love really is” – this is why I cry at every wedding, y’all.

They’re married!

The ladies at Antigua Floral created Hillary’s lush bouquet.

GLAM Nola did an incredible job with Hillary’s makeup!

After the ceremony, we spent some time taking portraits in the park – after a threat of rain earlier in the week, it was the most incredible weather!

Cheers!

Couples like Hillary and Anton make my job so fun – from the moment Hillary and I connected on the phone, I couldn’t wait to finally meet them and witness the beginning of their marriage. It exceeded my expectations x1000!

After some time in the park, we traveled across town to the French Quarter for these colorful portraits!

Hillary and Anton were cheered wherever they went!

Congratulations Hillary + Anton! Thank you so much for choosing me!
