When my branding client Katy reached out interested in family portraits at her home, I was so excited to run up to Baton Rouge and photograph her family! Especially their newest addition, corgi puppy Murphy.
Murphy was very photogenic!
Katy and Jay built this house, and it’s absolutely beautiful. While it’s in a neighborhood, there’s also a huge backyard which we of course had to use for photos!
I always approach family sessions with some more posed imagery to start, and then I let the kids run wild – and the latter are always my favorite photos!
Of course, Murphy had to get some individual shots for his modeling portfolio.
